welcome to elizabeth’s substack.
This newsletter is a way for me to share my passions of crafts, photography, food, and graphic design.
Hello, i’m elizabeth.
I live in Miami, Florida, but was born in Astoria, Queens, New York. My family is from A Coruna, Galicia, Spain. I have one dog that my partner and I adopted; his name is Rex.
Since I was a kid, my mom would make an emphasis in both me and my sister’s lives on art and creating. This could range from multiple visits to museums, art shops, making tie dye t-shirts, and scrapbooking. My room was filled with anything you can imagine: chalkboard when I made pretend I was a teacher, crayons markers pens and pencils galore, a dollhouse where I made pretend I was making a whole life for plastic figures, coloring books, books, legos, and my proudly first purchased item with my own money, PlayStation. I also proudly owned a Nintendo GameBoy Color. My favorite video games were Tony Hawk Pro Skater, Donkey Kong, Spyro, and Frogger.
I am a creator at best. One thing that has remained in my life for many years now is crafting. I always need to be doing something creative to release stress and feel human.
I have taught myself film photography and DSLR photography, and graphic design.
I also love food. I love baking, and cooking. I am always trying something new and trying to perfect my skill in both.
Thank you for being here!

More recently, I have been filming more videos, both long format for my YouTube channel, and short form for my social media such as Instagram and Tik Tok. It is fun to learn and play around with editing.
foodie at heart.
I truly enjoy food. As a kid, I would always watch my mom or Grandma and Grandpa while they were cooking. I always admired how they just knew how to do everything and when it came to eating, their food always tasted delicious.
I think from being an observant child, it followed me as an adult and I am someone who collects cookbooks from my favorite chefs and bakers. I can watch a baking video and be so relaxed. Some of my favorites include Broma Bakery, Baked by Melissa,
